1. One-Year Product Warranty
All CozyCoreWear heated clothing comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
If your item experiences issues related to craftsmanship or functionality within this period, please contact us at service@cozycorewear.com, and our support team will gladly assist you.
2. 30-Day Exchange Policy
We understand that fit and comfort are personal — especially when it comes to heated clothing.
That’s why we offer a 30-day exchange window from the date you receive your order.
You may exchange your product for another size, color, or style within 30 days, provided the item meets the conditions below.
3. Conditions for Exchanges
When returning or exchanging your purchase, please ensure that:

Items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Batteries and chargers (if included) are returned together with the item.

Items are in clean, salable condition — free from pet hair, stains, odors, smoke, or perfume.

Items are returned in the same condition you’d be happy to receive from us.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery, or within 30 days after Christmas for holiday gifts.
🔸 Note: If your product included one of our white carrying bags, a $5 charge will apply if it is not returned with your item.
4. Shipping Costs

For exchanges, you are responsible for the cost of sending the product back to us.
We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. -
For refunds, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Items returned in unsellable condition will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Our team will reply within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) with instructions and return authorization details.

Once your item arrives and passes inspection, your new item will be shipped within 3 business days.
