If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Please read the policy below carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. General Return Window
You may return your item within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, including all accessories such as batteries and chargers.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
2. Unconditional Returns (No Quality Issue)
If you simply changed your mind or no longer need the product:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
For orders below $70, a $15 deduction will be applied to cover handling and logistics.
For orders above $70, actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
3. Returns for Defective or Missing Products
If you received a defective item or your order is missing parts, we will gladly offer a replacement (same item) or a refund.
To qualify:

The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

The product must not have been disassembled or modified.

Please record a short video showing the defect and email it to service@cozycorewear.com.
Once confirmed, you’ll need to return the product to our warehouse for inspection.
Upon verification, we will process your refund or replacement within 3 business days.
4. Order Cancellations

Before shipment: Orders canceled before shipping incur a 12% handling fee.

After shipment (unused product):

You may return the unused item within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

A 25% restocking fee will apply, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Delivery Problems
If your order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or failure to pick up the package, and the parcel is returned to us:

We will refund 50% of the payment once we receive the returned product.

Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
6. Shipping Damage Claims
We take great care in packing our products, but shipping damage may occasionally occur.
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If the product arrives damaged:

Take clear photos or a video of the damaged item and packaging.

Contact us within 14 days of receipt at service@cozycorewear.com.

Once verified, return the item to our warehouse for confirmation.
We will issue a refund or replacement within 3 business days after inspection.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
Most refunds are processed within 1–8 business days after approval.
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank or credit card account again.

Contact your credit card company; posting delays may occur.

Then contact your bank.
If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please email service@cozycorewear.com for assistance.
8. Additional Return Guidelines
When returning or exchanging items, please note:

Products must be unused, unwashed, and free from odors, stains, or pet hair.

Items must be returned in the same clean, saleable condition you would expect to receive from us.

If your product included a white carrying bag, a $5 fee will be deducted if it is not returned.

For exchanges, you cover the return shipping cost; we cover the outbound shipping for the replacement.

For refunds, you cover the return shipping cost.
-
Items not returned in saleable condition will be refused and sent back to the customer.
